Company Objectives

  • To ensure that all of our service users receive non-judgemental quality care in line with legislation, to include the POVA, POCA, HCC Protection of Vulnerable Adults and ‘No Secrets’ procedural guidelines.
  • Our service users will be treated with respect in a safe, caring environment, and our workers will carry out holistic assessments with the aim of promoting a service users dignity and independence.
  • To recruit and select care and support workers that meet all the requirements of legislation and employment law, including that relating to equal opportunities, diversity and anti-discriminatory practice, ensuring background checks have been thoroughly and satisfactorily completed and that workers undertake Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) police check.
  • To supply care and support workers who will provide holistic, quality, evidence based, person centred care who regularly receive training so as not to jeopardise their health, safety and welfare and that of the service users in their care.
  • To ensure that all workers recruited by the company are vetted in line with legislation and that all qualifications are confirmed with the relevant professional bodies and all original training certificates are verified and a copy maintained on their HR file.
  • We will ensure that any complaints from service users are thoroughly investigated and appropriate disciplinary procedures are taken to ensure the maintenance of the quality care we aim to provide.
  • To protect the confidentiality of information relating to our service users, their carers and advocates and to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • To be accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
