Also welcome to our colleagues from Team 24 who will be operating out of the new Allied Reigate branch. This team deliver Complex Care to clients in their own home, similar to the Durham and Lincoln branches.

To take advantage of the opportunities available to us in the Complex Care Arena we have created the new role of Director of Complex Care and I am delighted to announce the appointment of Sandra Hustwick, who has a wealth of experience in the sector and joins us from Bupa. Sandra will provide leadership to the Nursing team and Quality team as well as develop relationships with our CCG funders to further grow this important area of our business.

We would like to bid farewell to colleagues who are soon to leave us.

Carl Brown who has been CFO of the business over the last two years and helped steer the business through many of the recent challenges culminating in the completion of the sale to HCRG leaves on the 17 May.

Jade Tranter who has led our Quality department is also embarking upon a new challenge outside of Allied and leaves at the end of May.

Julie Partington who has been responsible for the Customer Services team for the past 21 years departs on 23 May.

I also wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to James Drewry, Sharon Gasch and Richard Mazaheri who leave us soon.

Please join us in wishing Carl and all our recent leavers from Head Office the very best for the future, welcoming Sandra and our new Managers to the business and congratulating our recently promoted Managers.
