Allied Round Up – 26.04.19

Thank you!!!

Thank you to all our employees who worked during the bank holiday weekend.

A big congratulations to Emma StaceyLeeds and Michelle BroomDurham who have recently achieved their Registered Managers status with CQC. A great example of managers who show exceptional leadership and integrity.

Congratulations to Sarah Maynard on becoming the new Branch Manager in Essex, the branch also received a GOOD report from CQC!!!

The Allied Easter Bunnies were out and about delivering care over the bank holiday weekend. Thank you to all our employees who worked during the bank holiday weekend.

It’s been a busy week in the Quality Team, starting with a visit to the Chester Le Street Branch. The branch is supported by a full team who bring with them expertise in many fields. It has been very promising to spend time in the branch and to look at a selection of files relating to customers and staff. It is great to see that the branch is performing well under the leadership and guidance of it’s Manger, Louise Foster.

The branch scored the following on their internal audit:

Employee File Overall Score: 85.87%
Customer File Overall Score: 80.66%
Visual Checks: 85.00%
Health and Safety: 91.11%

The Branch has been previously inspected and rated by the CQC as good, I have every faith that upon reinspection, the Branch will achieve this status again under Allied Health-Services LTD. A HUGE well done to the whole team, next stop….Outstanding!!
