News

The Boston team has received this excellent feedback; “The E.A.T team just wanted to let you know the Boston branch has been doing really well recently and they only have 3 currently on the waiting list which is a massive improvement month on month.

“Helen, Veronika and Mirka respond back at a good pace with offers and responses to restarts etc and so we think they deserve a pat on the back for their continued hard work. We really appreciate it as it makes our jobs easier knowing we will get a response.”

Well done to the Salford branch for receiving this feedback “I wanted to pass on the positive comments made about you and the CRG Homecare team in Salford at our weekly home care strategy meeting.

“The compliments were in relation to the unallocated package list – this has been zero for several weeks, at a time when we are starting to experience winter pressures. Also mentioned at the meeting was the reablement function of the Service and the progress the team are making in Salford.”

A huge thank you to all care workers who are continuing to delivery outstanding care despite the recent cold snap.

Congratulations to the Clacton branch for achieving an excellent ECM result of 94%
