Work is a major part of everyone’s life so job satisfaction is important; if you aren’t happy at work then, more often than not, you aren’t happy in general.
Care work is a rewarding and satisfying job and it seems many people are turning to this to fulfil their job satisfaction.
This is certainly the case for CRG Homecare, as we have recruited a whopping 234 care workers in the last three months– equating to 78 care workers per month and 2.5 care workers a day!
In the last 12 months, our team of carers has expanded as care workers are in high demand. The weekly hours of care and support we provide has increased by an astounding 123% in the last year!
During this time, we have also opened five new branches across the UK. And it’s going to be another busy few months ahead as we are getting ready to launch a further branch in Wolverhampton. So keep an eye out for this to launch!
So why are so many people becoming care workers?
Care work is a rewarding job. You really make a difference to someone’s life.
By providing support and assistance, you enable our service users to retain their independence and continue living in their own home.
Not only do you put a smile on someone’s face every day, but care work is also very flexible. We understand that you have a busy family life, so we can offer you hours to work around you and your family – making your life that little bit easier.
As you have we are expanding by the day and so there is never a shortage of care worker jobs with us. We are always looking for people to join our team of care workers, to make a difference our service users’ lives.
