CRG HOMECARES’ BOSTON BRANCH RATED ‘GOOD’ FOLLOWING CQC INSPECTION

CRG Homecare Lincolnshire has obtained five ‘good’ ratings in all key lines of enquiry, following a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission.

The CQC, which is the independent regulator of all health and social care in England, published its report on the 11 June, following an inspection which took place between 4 and 6 March of this year at CRG Homecare’s Boston branch.

Jeanette Kassim, Branch Manager of CRG Homecare Lincolnshire said: “We are delighted that the regulator has recognised the great work our conscientious team provides to people in the Lincolnshire area, supporting individuals in their homes and allowing them to maintain as much of their independence as possible.

“We currently provide support for members of the community, who receive care and support within the privacy of their own home.”

CRG Homecare is a domiciliary care, supported living and continuing healthcare provider to individuals of all ages living within the comfort and security of their own homes, and is regulated by the CQC for this purpose.

In Lincolnshire, the company provides support for almost 250 individuals within the local community who require nursing or care within the privacy of their own home, on a 24-hour basis, 365 days a year.

Dianne Underwood, Director of Quality & Care at CRG Homecare, said: “We are extremely lucky to have a team of staff who work together and are committed to delivering safe, effective, responsive care to individuals.

“I would also like to personally thank Jeanette, who was promoted into the Branch Manager role last year, for all of her hard work. We are committed to growing our own talent within CRG Homecare and Jeanette has certainly risen to the occasion.”
