CRG Medical Services’ Lead Clinicians and Enhanced Care Practitioners completed an enhanced skills training as part of their professional development.
The sessions, led by Lead FME, Professor Sandip Hindocha, covered the enhanced role of the healthcare professional including: verification of death, road traffic impairment, sampling responsibilities and intimate search.
Staff welcomed the opportunity to discuss their own experiences and the impact that these additional responsibilities may have on the service.
David Henretty, National Operations Manager of CRG Medical Services, said: “We are committed to our employee’s professional development so we can provide an outstanding level of service to our clients.”
With training complete, staff will now work on their competencies in order to enhance service provision and improve outcomes for both patients and customers.
