CRG Round up – 09/08/19

The Hammersmith team enjoyed their summer party recently! They even had a DJ!

Stoke Branch Manager, Sue Noon, would like to thank ECM Officer, Cameron Collis and Field Care Supervisor, Abigail Beard for their swift action when a service user was found on the road. Sue asked Cameron and Abigail to go to the service user straight away which they did, they called an ambulance and stayed with her making sure she was comfortable whilst waiting for the paramedics.

Jenny Booth, Bolton Branch Manager received this excellent feedback from Bury Council regarding Care Co-ordinator, Charlotte Howson.

“Hi Jenny,

I would like to give you a compliment regarding Charlotte. She is always happy to help and always goes the extra mile, especially in busy circumstances and she is a credit to CRG Homecare”

The world of Quality Assurance is very busy at the moment.

Good Luck and best wishes to QA Auditor / Homecare ISO Lead, Alex Williams who left us last week to start her maternity leave, we wish her all the very best on the birth of her second child. Last week the team arranged a baby shower with cake and gifts. Fingers crossed she doesn’t go in to labour early this time as last time her baby was here 2 days after she finished work, a much needed rest would be nice for her.
