Ashleigh Gibbons in the Gateshead office was 30 yesterday and will be celebrating hard this weekend! Happy birthday Ashleigh!

Happy birthday to Georgia Turner, Senior Recruitment Consultant who is celebrating her 30th birthday!

A huge thank you to Oliver Gashi for his hard work helping, especially with recent changes in the Pharmacy team. Oliver has helped out considerably with payment queries, systems that colleagues aren’t familiar with, speaking with clients, keeping on top of current jobs and coordinating with compliance to get new/regenerated candidates through compliance as quickly as possible.

Also, Raanan Firmin returned to HCL last week as Divisional Manager in AHP, can we please however welcome him back to Pharmacy as of this week. Many candidates are already very pleased to hear he’s back and we’re very much looking forward to him leading the way and showing by example, alongside Donna Mills.

Nurses, Jeremiah Mazon, Dinna Manuel, Rodolfo Llanes and Jennyson Balucan are presently working at Great Western Hospital, all of them relocated from Trinidad and Tobago and came to visit Fabio who recruited them and supported them throughout the relocation process.

For the last few weeks Recruitment Consultant, Jamal Hodgson has been working really hard, 100 dials a day, working late every evening and loads of interviews taking place. Keep up the good work Jamal

For this weeks Linkedin Leverage we have HCL Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, Chico Obande.

Here in AHP we are all avid users LinkedIn. There are many advantages of the platform in regards to recruitment.

It’s a great tool for networking with other consultants, those working for our company and those elsewhere. We have also seen the advantages of LinkedIn in regards to sourcing and advertising. This being in mind it is also useful in regards to our Competitors, you’re able to find out a bit more about what rival agencies are up to.

Tutorials/Articles are also available for users. LinkedIn frequently post helpful articles relating to maximising results within recruitment. Whether this be relating to advertising, sourcing etc.

The use of Hashtags mean relevant personnel or organisations are easier to find, for example new points of contacts.

All in all we have all recently began to utilise the platform more and have each noticed advantages of using LinkedIn.
