HCL Round Up – 3.05.19

Thank you!!!

Thank you to all our employees who are working during the bank holiday weekend.

The teams in the Old Bailey are looking at the possibility of setting up a weekly 5/7 aside game of football locally to Old Bailey and are trying to gauge numbers of those interested.

Once we have established numbers and tactics we will be looking to set up interoffice games and possibly an external agency league where you may get the chance to leave your studs on one of your competitors!

Please email raanan.firmin@hclhealthcare.com if you are interested and let him know of your preferred evening available to play.

As the first of the May Bank Holiday’s is approaching, we hope all our FMEs and HCPs have an enjoyable long weekend, for those staff scheduled to work, thank you for your continued commitment and we hope you still get to enjoy some downtime with your families and friends.

We’re going to be famous!

CRG Medical Services staff are going to be a part of a new Channel 5 documentary. It will be a 4 part documentary titled ’60 Minutes in the Force’, it will focus on a 60 min period (2100hrs-2200hrs) and follow the events within Derby Police Station.

The producers will evaluate what is happening during this hour and select an event to film (investigation, interview, arrest etc).

Filming started this week so we will keep you up to date with details of when you can watch it!

Platinum results!

Our latest H.T.E TWS Med Locums framework audit has just finished and we are ecstatic that the HCL Doctors division has passed with a PLATINUM score of 99.45% which beats last year’s score of 98.34%.

Fact Friday

Queen Elizabeth visited the set of Game of Thrones, but because of an obscure rule, she wasn’t allowed to sit on the iron throne. The ruling monarch can’t sit on a foreign throne, even if it’s fictional, apparently.
